An invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and return to the rhythms of nature
This adventure retreat weaves together hiking (multi-level), meditation, yoga, sound healing, and contemplative teachings to support alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Offering practical tools and lived experiences that support a heart-led, purposeful, and harmonious way of living long after the retreat ends.
The intention of this retreat is designed to help you take a moment to reconnect with the natural intelligence within your body and spirit and all about learning to move through nature and through life with greater awareness, presence, and joy.
About Jenn
I’m Jenn, the founder of Ascension Mountain. I’m an avid trail runner, mountain climber, adventurer, cyclist and yoga and meditation teacher with a deep love for nature and embodied living. My passion is guiding others toward harmony and peace in the heart, body, and mind — to live lives that feel joyful, meaningful, and fulfilling.
I hope to invite you into my world of adventure, introduce spiritual practice as a way of life, and explore what it means to live a heart- and spirit-led path.
Movement has always been an anchor for me, and nature has been my greatest teacher. Zion holds a very special place in my heart. I’ve spent countless hours running, exploring, and meditating in these mountains, and I feel a deep personal connection to this land. It feels like a sacred place to gather, receive, and return to the core of who we truly are.

Airfare or ground transport to/from Springdale, UT. We suggest flying in/out of Las Vegas (LAS). They tend to have the best flights and inexpensive car rentals. Then it is a 2.5-hour car drive from LAS to Nama-Stay/Springdale. Saint George Municipal Airport (SGU). is closer, but is often more difficult to find the right scheduled flights and price. From SGU it is an 1-hour car drive to Nama-Stay/Springdale. If you DO NOT want to rent a car, there is transport available via the Saint George Shuttle. If none of these options work for you, send us an email and we will try to help ease the logistics and help you arrive!

Hiking gear (shoes, backpack, water bottle), comfortable clothing, journal, layers. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be available for use in the yoga studio.
