The Winter Solstice is the return of the light in a season of darkness. We take this time to pause at the darkest point of the year. It is a time to slow down, nourish, and turn inward. winter is associated with the Kidneys and deep reserves of life force, wisdom, and restoration. This gathering supports rest, reflection, and renewal. Through stillness, sound, tea ceremony, and guided contemplation, we create space to release what no longer serves and gently seed intentions for the cycle ahead.
